Queries & Orders

All of our products are individually handmade, designs & fabrics regularly change.

If you have seen something you like, please contact us using our query form.

We will reply to let you know if items are in stock, or we can make them for you.

  • Choose a product and note its name from the image gallery, e.g. Wee Beastie Hare.

  • Choose your colour preference e.g. Blue.

  • Complete the contact us form, with the product name and colour preference.

  • We will refer to our stock in your colour choice and send you a photo image of the items we have in the studio to choose from.

  • If this is good for you, an order can be placed.

  • We will send you a Sumup invoice and proceed with dispatch once payment has been received.

  • We will refer to our stock fabric in your colour choice and send you a photo image of the fabrics we have to choose from.

  • If this is good for you an order can be placed.

  • We will make your product to order and send you an image when complete.

  • If you are happy with the product, we will send you a Sumup invoice and proceed with dispatch once payment has been received.

  • BESPOKE ORDERS MAY TAKE UP TO 14 DAYS AND MAY NOT BE RETURNED.

Parcels

All items are shipped via Evri or Royal Mail and posted to the delivery address provided. Additional information can be added at the point of sale such as, leave with neighbour etc. 

All in stock orders will be processed within 2-3 working days of ordering date.

Commission orders will take longer, up to 14 days.

Delivery costs are calculated by weight and packaging, we will advise when ready to post.

Returns

We take care to produce a perf ect product, we hope you will be delighted with your purchase, we understand if you want to return your item should it be damaged or faulty.

Returns of stock items, must be made within 14 days of receipt, at the buyer's own expense.

 We do not accept the return of Comissioned Items.

Description of Goods

Cloth Dolly Crafts try to ensure that all descriptions and photographs are true and honest. Please be aware that there may be variations in colour caused by software and monitor differences, and in this we take no responsibility, if unsure about a colour, a sample can be requested before ordering. 

Prices

All prices are accurate at the time of publication, Cloth Dolly Crafts reserves the right to alter prices at any time.

Returns

Cloth Dolly Crafts take care to produce a perfect product, we hope you will be delighted with your purchase, we understand if you want to return your item. If you wish to return your item, it must be returned within 14 days of purchase, in the condition it was sold. This will be at the buyer's own expense.

Commissioned / Bespoke items may not be returned

Faulty Goods

If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact Cloth Dolly Crafts within 48hrs and a full refund or replacement will be arranged. 

  Take a photo of the item as it helps to determine what caused the problem, attach this to your e-mail where possible
